Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned counsel for the sole respondent. This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in WP(C)/3215/2024 whereby the respondents authority was directed to take a decision as to Page No.# 2/2 whether the respondent no. 6 or the petitioner should hold the post of in charge Head Master of Morikalong High School till regular Head Master was appointed. Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned counsel submits that order dated 18.04.2025 passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam wherein it has been stated that neither the petitioner nor the respondent no. 6 are qualified to hold the post of Head Master even on In-charge basis and accordingly, the Inspector of Schools, NDC, Nagaon has been temporarily allowed to act as Head Master In charge. Considering the order passed, it appears that the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Copy of the order dated 18.04.2025 be retained in the record and marked as “X” for identification. Copy of the said order has also been furnished to Mr. Mahmud, learned counsel by Mr. S. M. T.
