Petitioner has set up her claim that she being adopted daughter of deceased employee, who died in harness on 31.05.2011, is entitled for all benefits including compassionate appointment. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner refers the documents annexed alongwith this writ petition in support of above submission and claim. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that since there are rival claim, therefore, concerned respondent will take a decision in accordance with law on basis of documents available after hearing concerned parties within a period of eight weeks from today. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that taking note of above submission this writ petition be disposed of. 6. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above referred submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into merit of case so far as claim of petitioner is concerned.
