The present application has been filed for correcting some typographical errors which appeared in the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by this Court in BA/298/2025. Mr. Rashid, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the aforesaid order, the name of the police station typed as Moriogaon P.S. Case No. 74/2024 instead of Moirabari P.S. Case No. 74/2024. Therefore, he has prayed that said part of the order deserves to be corrected. I have found that it might be a mistake at the time of typing. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Henceforth, the name of the police station appearing in the order dated 28.02.2025, passed by this Court in BA/298/2025, shall be read as Moirabari P.S. Case No. 74/2024.
