JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 17.03.2025 vide Annexure-F, wherein the petitioner had requested to refund the amount of Rs.1,50,551/- so recovered along with 18 % interest p.a., from the date of retirement till the date of repayment. Respondent No.3 has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 will consider the representation dated 17.03.2025 vide Annexure-F, and would pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53929 WP No. 21784 of 2025 ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation dated 17.03.2025 vide Annexure-F, and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; iii.
