The petitioner had filed a private complaint before V Metropolitan Magistrate under section 156 [3] Cr.P.C. The learned Magistrate had directed the investigating officer to conduct investigation by following the dictum held in Lalitha Kumari case. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation has been done and final report has been filed before the concerned Court on 25.05.2025. 4.
