Originally anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner on 08.11.2021. Later on a petition filed by the prosecution, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner has been canceled on the ground that subsequently, he had involved in a similar offence. Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed. 3. Now it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet has been filed in this case. Once the charge has been filed, it is for the Court to issue summons for appearance of the accused.
