Learned counsel for respondent submits that on last occasion the appeal was abated up to extent of appellant No. 1/1 but appellant No.2 has also expired way back and no one has come forward to continue the appeal. 2. Learned counsel for appellant admits that on enquiry it has come to their notice that appellant No.2 has also expired three yers ago and no one has come for substitution. 3. Having considered aforesaid, the appeal cannot survive, hence same is dismissed in abatement. 4. Hence, S.B.
