ORAL ORDER (PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ILESH J. VORA)
1. We have heard learned standing counsel Mr. Kshitij Amin and have perused the contents of application filed by the convict through jail.
2. By way of this appeal, the convict is seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days, mainly on the ground that, family needs a financial assistance and in his absence, it is difficult for the family members to manage the financial affairs.
3. Affidavit in reply on behalf of the respondent NIA tendered by Deputy Supt. Of Police Mr. Girish Gothwal is taken on record.
4. Having regard to the reasons seeking temporary bail and the jail remarks, it is evident that, the applicant convict vide

order dated 17.06.2025 granted 2 weeks temporary bail to provide financial assistance to the family. In such circumstances, the application seeking temporary bail within a span of 4 months, that too, without sufficient ground, deserves to be dismissed and accordingly same is dismissed.
