Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with GR Case No. 2688 of 2025 arising out of Beguniapada PS Case No.669 of 2025 pending in the file of learned JMFC, Khallikote, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 318(2)/336(3)/340(2)/61(2)/238/3(5) of BNS r/w Sections 65/66/66-C/66-D of the IT Act. 3. The gist of allegations as found from the record is that one Sushant Sahu came in contact with one person namely, Bhupendra Kumar Patel from Raipur, who proposed him to procure mule bank accounts for online gaming business. Accordingly, the said Sushant Sahu influenced the present petitioners and others to collect personal information/documents of different persons by way of taking their Aadhar cards and other documents to open multiple savings bank account and current account in their names to facilitate large scale of transfer of illicit funds to such accounts on the allurement of taking those persons on holiday trips to different cities and keeping them in big hotels and paying some nominal amount to them, but actually using such accounts, the petitioners facilitated inflow of illegal funds and later on withdrawn the same funds from such accounts only to defraud the money collected from different persons. In the process, the petitioners were allegedly found to be transacting huge amounts and committing fraud. 4. Heard Mr.Soura Chandra Mohapatra, learned Senior Counsel who is being assisted by Mr.S.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners in BLAPL No. 13908 of 2025, Mr.Sarat Kumar Jena, learned counsel for the petitioners in BLAPL No.13764 of 2025 and Mr.C.Mohanty, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record together with the written instruction received from SDPO, Purusottampur. 5. After having considered the rival submissions upon perusal of record, there appears allegation against the petitioners for inducing local youth to open multiple accounts by using their documents and receiving monetary payments of illegal financial transaction by using such accounts. It is found from the written instruction as submitted that the Investigating Officer has verified the suspicious accounts of the petitioner Sushant Sahu maintained at HDFC & ICICI Bank in his personal name and in the name of Sanghamitra Trade as well in his personal Account in YES Bank and Kotak Mahindra and found transaction of crores of rupees in these accounts without proper explanation. Similarly, on verification, the bank accounts of the petitioner Bimal Kumar Sahu was also found to have credit and debits of Rs.1.23 crores and Rs.14 lakhs. Additionally, the petitioner Sushant Kumar Sahoo is allegedly found involved in another case vide Berhampur Cyber PS Case No. 29 of 2025. The material on record further reveals that the investigation is going on and preliminary charge sheet has only been filed. In the aforesaid sequence of events and taking into account the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioners and the alleged fraudulent financial transactions done in the account of the petitioners and keeping in view the continuation of investigation, this Court does not consider it proper to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. 6. Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners stand rejected. Accordingly, these BLAPL Nos. 13908 and 13764 of 2025 stand disposed of.
