Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) & 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of Sri V. K. Tiwari, learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad. 3. On 18.01.2025 at about 12:36 P.M., Saraidhela Police apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons from a place near ISM Gate, near Pandit Chai Dukan, Dhanbad. It is alleged that 250 grams of cannabis were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of small quantity. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri V.
