(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.20 dated 01.05.2024 under Sections 201, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC and Sections 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station ACB Gurugram. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The status report dated 05.09.2025 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. He on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 26.08.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
