The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) To issue an order or direction, to expedite the Execution Case No.1, of 2020, pending before, Learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Konch, District Jalaun within stipulated period of time as directed by the Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution case is pending since 2020 and he prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Konch, District Jalaun to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 1 of 2020, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
