The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 111 (2)(b) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. On 12.01.2025, at about 11:00 p.m., on the basis of confidential informantion, Daltonganj Town Police raided an under-construction house in Krishnanagar colony and apprehended this petitioner alongwith five other co- accused persons. On search, firearms and ammunitions were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, one pistol and live cartridge has been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Saurabh Singh has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S.
