Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who are apprehending arrest in connection with Laluk P. S. Case No. 13/2025, corresponding to G. R. Case No. 43/2025, registered under Sections 61(2)/308(4) of BNS. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Begum, that the petitioners have already been arrested and hence, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
