This Court has passed following order on :- "1. Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Vineet Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for respondents. 2. At the stage, the Court finds that respondents are required to take instruction that under what circumstances, the Office Order dated 15.10.2024 was passed, when termination order of petitioner was confirmed by the Supreme Court way back on 10.01.2018. In case, the Court finds that due to some extraneous reasons, the aforesaid Government Order is passed, it may warrant strict order against the concerned respondents. 3. List on 22.09.2025 at 12.30 p.m. " 3. Learned counsel for respondents has placed a copy of the report dated 23.12.2024 that the aforesaid referred inquiry has already been concluded, whereby the representation of one Prabudh Bharat was rejected, therefore, prayer of petitioner to conclude the aforesaid inquiry has already been satisfied. So far as the inquiry report is concerned, the petitioner will have liberty to approach the concerned respondent for a copy of the inquiry report. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
