The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No.760 of 2024 arising out of Khelari P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2487 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1) and 89 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a married lady having two children. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. Parties were in consensual physical relationship last ten years. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
