After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-9) but no action has been taken thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2-The General Manager, Indian Bank, Review Authority HRM Department, is directed to consider and decide the said review application, in a time bound manner in accordance with law. 3.
