JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the Notices dated 14th February, 2020 (Annexures 'E' and 'F') issued by the respondent No.1, demanding the petitioner to make a payment of Rs.1,95,745/- and Rs.8,64,399/- respectively. 2. Heard Sri. Krishnappa N.R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. K.B. Monesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that, the petitioner shall file a reply to the impugned notices issued by the respondent No.1. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file a reply to the Notices dated 14th February, 2020 (Annexures 'E' and 'F') issued by the respondent No.1, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
