Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Tehsildar Sadar District Mau (Respondent no. 2) to decide the case no. 2419/2024 computerized Case no. T 202415510102419 (Krishnanand Rai Versus State) filed by the petitioner under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within some stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an application under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the case no. 2419/2024 computerized Case no. T202415510102419 (Krishnanand Rai Versus State) filed by the petitioner under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
