2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 132, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 37, 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, in intoxicated condition, assaulted informant and other police officials. Petitioner No. 1 grabbed the hair of informant and struck her, co-accused Ranjit Manjhi assaulted one Bhushan Kumar by means of fist and thus, some of the police officers sustained

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused.
