Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sadar (Mesra) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 317(5)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 03.02.2025 at 8.00 a.m., petitioners were apprehended while they were transporting steel pipes on a truck bearing registration no. CG 14ME 9918. 4. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioners earlier called for, has been received. It appears that they have got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sadar (Mesra) P.S.
