In this writ petition, the petitioner has called in question the impugned endorsement dated 02.12.2024 passed by respondent No.4 vide Annexure-P, whereby the application submitted by the petitioner through online, to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29867 WP No. 34474 of 2024 the post of Anganawadi Karyakarthe, J.C.Halli, Gollarahatti Anganawadi Centre, has not been considered. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by impugned endorsement dated 02.12.2024 vide Annexure-P, it is intimated to the petitioner that the application submitted by the petitioner through online to the post of Anganawadi Karyakarthe, J.C.Halli, Gollarahatti Anganawadi Centre, has not been considered, as the application uploaded through online was incomplete without the E-Sign of the petitioner. Pursuant to the impugned endorsement dated 02.12.2024, the Government has passed an order dated 20.12.2024 vide Annexure-S wherein an opportunity has been given to the applicants, whose applications have not been considered for want of E-Sign, to complete and upload the application with E-Sign. Pursuant to that, the petitioner has uploaded the application along with E-Sign and the same has been accepted by the competent authority. Since the present - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29867 WP No. 34474 of 2024 writ petition is pending, the respondents have not processed the application of the petitioner. 3. Pursuant to the Government Order dated 20.12.2024 vide Annexure-S, the petitioner has uploaded the application along with E-Sign. Therefore, the impugned endorsement dated 02.12.2024 passed by the respondent No.4 vide Annexure-P does not survive for consideration. 4. However, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for the post of Anganawadi Karyakarthe of J.C.Halli, Gollarahatti Anganawadi Centre, in accordance with law. 5.
