It is the grievance of the petitioner that her applications filed at Annexures-F1 and F2 seeking mutation entry in the RTC based on succession has not been considered by the Tahsildar. Learned counsel points out to the RTC at Annexure-B, where the name of Smt. Rangamma D/o Rangappa is shown to an extent of 2 acres - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35963 WP No. 25810 of 2025 in Sy.No.189 of Mellukunte Village, Kasaba Hobli, Sira Taluk, Tumakuru District. 3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4 – Tahasildar, Sira Taluk to consider the application filed by the petitioner and issue notice to all the concerned to find out whether the petitioner is the only surviving legal heir of the previous khatedar, Smt. Rangamma. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner points out to Annexure-E, which is a registered Release Deed dated 05.11.2023 executed by two more legal heirs of Smt. Rangamma releasing their rights in favour of the petitioner. 5. Nevertheless, the Tahasildar shall issue notice to all concerned and thereafter, proceed in accordance with law to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The entire exercise shall be completed as - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35963 WP No. 25810 of 2025 expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
