This is a Contempt Petition filed under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for willfully and deliberately violating the order dated 05.05.2016 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-7955-2016 titled as “Dolon Kaler and others Vs. State of Haryana and others”. 2. Learned State Counsel has submitted that in the present case, since the petitioner has Ph.D decree thus, the petitioner be permitted to rejoin vide order dated 01.09.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide said order, no pay has been given to the petitioner and has submitted that the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order to the said extent. 4. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid. 5.
