Petitioner has challenged an order dated 23.06.2023, whereby she was transferred from Government Upper Primary School, Pirumadara, Block Ramnagar, District Nainital to Government Upper Primary School, Chandkot, Block Betalghat, District Nainital. 4. Coordinate Bench had granted an interim order in favour of petitioner on 28.06.2023, staying the effect of the transfer order. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that subsequently another transfer order was passed in respect of petitioner in the next transfer season. Petitioner was again transferred from Pirumadara to some other school and he said transfer order was also stayed by coordinate Bench. He submits that because of passing of subsequent transfer order, challenge thrown to the earlier transfer order, do not survive. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
