Petitioner has already approached the District Magistrate, Prayagraj for grant of permission for organizing religious prayers (Satsang), every week, on Sunday, at its premises alongwith occasional ritual ceremonies. Petitioner also wants other religious and cultural activities to be held at its specified location. Since such claim has not been dealt with, the petitioner is before this Court. Learned State Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner would be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law. In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of two months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
