Bhuyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that he wants to withdraw this Review Petition. Learned Page No.# 2/2 counsel for the Insurance Company has made no any objection. Accordingly, Review Petition stands closed on withdrawal. As per judgment dated 01.02.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 368/2017, the petitioner will get the compensation along with interest. The claimant No.1/wife, Rinku Singh is directed to furnish her bank details of any nationalized bank to the Insurance Company within fifteen days from today for necessary payment.
