The grave allegation of dowry harassment, demand of car and 200 sovereigns of jewel made. Though the petitioners are in-laws, considering the nature of the complaint, it requires thorough investigation. Whereas, the petitioners herein refused to receive the summons and hence, 41-A summon pasted in their house, despite that they have not attended the investigation. 3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
