This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to restrain the private respondents from interfering in peaceful possession of the petitioner over arazi no.362 area 0.134 Hectare situated in village Kushaha (Ghanshyampur) Pargana, Khariyat Medha, Teshil Mariyahun, District- Jaunpur; II) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the recall application of the petitioner dated 13.5.2024 and also decide the representation moved by the petitioner dated 10.7.2025 within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an order has already been passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which has been carried out and the land has been demarcated. A recall application was moved which is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the revenue authorities to decide the said recall application strictly in accordance with law, within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
