The prayer made in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondent no.3 to decide Case No. 15 of 2024 under Section 64 of the Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short 'the Act') within stipulated period. 4. The award is dated 12.09.2022. It appears that the petitioner filed reference under Section 64 of the Act and it was registered on 29.04.2024. The petitioner has filed incomplete copy of the order sheet, therefore it is difficult to ascertain the stage of the proceedings. 5. We therefore, decline to issue any positive direction and leave it open to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the Authority and for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 6.
