Petitioners have sought for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45426 WP No. 30762 of 2025 mutate the names of petitioners in the revenue records in respect of 2 acres of land granted in the name of Hanumanthaiah and 2 acres of land in the name of Chikkarangaiah, toally 4 acres of land in Sy. No. 23 of Oorukere Village, Kasaba Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk. 3. Petitioners submit that despite several representations, no action has been taken. 4. Learned High Court Government Pleader draws the attention to the report of the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-M and submits that necessary steps would be taken to dispose of the representations of the petitioners at Annexures-J, K and L. 5.
