Heard Mr. Rajnish Dubey, learned counsel for the appellants, learned AGA for the State as well as perused the entire record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant against the impugned judgment and order dated 04.08.2025 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Ramabai Nagar, Kanpur Dehat in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1474 of 2025 in Case Crime No.143 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 341, 308, 336 IPC and section 3(2)(5A). I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the impugned order. The impugned order passed by the court below is well in conformity in law and does not suffer from error of illegality, irregularity and warrant any interference by this Court. 5.
