Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2281 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 358 of 2024 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1385 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh. 3. On 31.03.2024, at about 07:30 a.m., dead body of an unknown person was found near Budhiya Tari Bridge. The deceased was later on identified as one Gulzar. It is alleged that the Petitioner No. 1 Malti Devi was having illicit relationship with him. Malti Devi was apprehended. She confessed her guilt that she had garroted the deceased. As far as the Petitioner No. 2 Deepak Kumar Bhuiyan is concerned, he has confessed that he had helped Malti Devi in disposing of the dead body of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners on the record. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T. Case No. 358 of 2024 arising out of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1385 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
