Learned State counsel would submit that the application dated 28.06.2025 filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondent no.3/ Tehsildar, Tehsil Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar before the last date of nomination. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3/ Tehsildar, Tehsil Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar to decide the application dated 28.06.2025 of the petitioner before the last date of nomination.
