Mr. Farhat Zia, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 5 submits that the grievance of the petitioner with respect to the installed DG set for the purpose of serving its power to Cellular Tower has been taken care of by replacing the installed old DG set and in place 10 KW new DG set has been installed which is noise free and not requires any prior permission from the Pollution Control Board/authorities. As such, the petitioner can stay assured that no nuisance would anymore be caused to him on account of running of the DG set. 2. In the light of the statement, this Court disposes of the writ petition reserving right in favour of the petitioner that in case any such nuisance is felt by the petitioner or his family members by the running of the new DG set installed, then the petitioner shall be well within his right to approach the Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate, Anantnag with a written complaint, who shall then be duty bound to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders for redressal of the grievance if genuine. 3.
