Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under under Article 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash/modify impugned letter Annexure P-12 dated 11.07.2025 to the extent that name of petitioner has not been included for promotion to the post of Assistant despite the fact that names of 13 Steno Typists junior to petitioner have been included. In compliance with the order dated 04.08.2025, Mr. Sushil Bhardwaj, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, acting on instructions from Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Superintendent, DGHS Officer, has provided an undertaking that the tentative seniority list circulated on 11.07.2025 has not yet been finalized. The finalization will occur only after considering any objections submitted by the officers concerned. Furthermore, he has stated that until the tentative seniority list MEENU 2025.08.28 09:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-22301-2025 -2- is finalized, no promotions will be made, and consequently, there is no proposal to hold any Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) at this stage.
