In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking writ of mandamus to consider the application dated 28.11.1998 by the respondent No.2 to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking regularisation of unauthorised cultivation of subject land. 3. Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State submitted that order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Hassan District wherein the application made by the petitioner has been rejected by the said authority. 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
