The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 9.7.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Fatehpur in Criminal Revision No. 101 of 2010, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 1.5.2010 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur in Complaint Case No. 2973 of 2009, whereby learned magistrate took cognizance under Sections 494, 109, I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
