Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ, order or direction, quashing the show Cause Notice-cum- Suspension order dated 04.12.2025 bearing no. II/21022/58(2)/205/2025-FCRA (MU) issued by Respondent (Annexure A); (b) Grant such other reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit in the above circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity. 2. What is essentially challenged is a show cause notice cum suspension order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a reply has been issued yesterday, the operation of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54431 WP No. 38270 of 2025 petitioner, more so with regard to payment of salaries to the employees, has been adversely affected. 4. Learned ASGI submits that the reply, if received, orders would be passed thereon within seven days from the date of receipt. 5. The said submission would answer the grievance of the petitioner inasmuch as the salaries, if any, being required to be paid would be in the first week of January. Hence, the orders, if any, passed by the respondents would be before that date. 6. Placing the submission of learned ASGI on record, the petition stands disposed of. 7.
