The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Basic Education Officer, District Budaun, /Respondent no. 3, to pay interest on the delayed payment of gratuity from the date of entitlement to date of of gratuity in favour of the actual payment petitioner within a specific period as may be directed by this Hon'ble court. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this regard, representation has already been made by the petitioner before the respondents but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. It is argued by Sri R.P. Dubey, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 & 4 that necessary decision will be taken in the matter by the respondent No.3/District Basic Education Officer, Budaun expeditiously. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 6. In the facts and circumstances, petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.3 along-with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.3 is directed to pass appropriate order in the matter strictly in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks. 7.
