1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the fo[[owing: This Criminal Petition under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners herein/Al and A2, seeking regular bail in Crime No.133 of 2024 of Narasaraopet ll Town Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 98 and 99 of the BNS. 2.
Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 26.10.2024 at about 9.00 p.m., the defacto complainant gave a report that on informatl'on about sale of children to the District Child Protection Department and I.C.D.S., they enquired with one Jajam Padma, she admitted that through mediator she purchased child for an amount of Rs.35,OOO/-they also enquired with one Ponguluri Naga Lakshmi and she stated that she begot three female children and one male child, she sold her younger daughter by name Sweety3._aged two years for an amount of -_-
Rs.1,00,000/- through m-'ediator by name Ramana and they also enquired with one agent by name shaik Fathima. Basing on the report of District Child Welfare Officer, Narasaraopet a case in Crime No.133 of 2024 has been registered. 3. Heard. Perused the material on record. 4, Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the Petitioners were arrested on 10.12.2024 and since then they have been in J'udiCial custody and even after expiry of 90 days investigation in the Present crime is not concluded and charge sheet is not filed. 5, On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also confirms non-filing of charge sheet by the police even after completion Of 90 days, but opposed to grant bail. 6, As seen from the record, the petitioners were remanded tOjudiCiaI custody on 10.12.2024 and charge Sheet has not been filed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Petitioners had permanent abode and there is no possibility of their fleeing away from justice. lt is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioners have no previous crime record. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the Case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein with the following conditions:

The petitioners herein/Al and A2 shall be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two (02) sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet. I'i. On release, the petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a week I-.e., on every sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM., till the filing of the charge sheet. iii. The petitioners are directed not to hamper the investigation and tamper with the prosecution witnesses. 8. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. r` A Sd/i U.
