Heard Sri Aditya Harsha Vardhan, learned counsel representing Pillix Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sumanth, learned standing counsel for respondents 1, 3 & 4. Notice in respect of 5th respondent is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed.
2. The 1st respondent Devastanam granted permission to the 5th respondent vide Roc.No.PO2/TTD-81022(31)/69/2020 PAN-Tml, dated 21.04.2023 to construct a building for dormitories and to provide accommodation on free of cost and to provide annadanam to the visiting pilgrims (Ex.P.2). The petitioner is a devotee, filed the above writ petition complaining that the 5th respondent is making construction contrary to the

sanction permission and hence, he made representation dated 30.01.2024 (Ex.P.1), however, the same was not considered by the 1st respondent.
3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined and urged the Court to direct the 1st respondent to register the representation and pass appropriate orders.
4. Learned standing counsel, on instructions would submit the 1st respondent will consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the learned 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 30.01.2024 (Ex.P.1) made by the petitioner strictly as per the Rules and pass appropriate orders, if necessary, by providing an opportunity to the 5th respondent. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
