Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not to allow to appear in the Math examination which was held on 15.07.2025 by respondent No.1, which is causing prejudice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to heavy rush of the road due to Kavar Yatra, the petitioner could not reach the examination centre at the reporting time which was 10:00 A.M but before the start of the examination, he had reached the venue and was allowed in the examination centre but thereafter, was asked to leave and that too without any valid justification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that prejudice has been caused to the petitioner for not allowing to undertake the Math examination on 15.07.2025 hence, the respondents are liable to be
directed to conduct the examination of the petitioner so that the petitioner does not suffer any further prejudice.

Learned counsel for the respondent-CBSE submits that in case any representation/claim is received at the hands of the petitioner, the same will be considered and appropriate order on the said representation/claim will be passed after examining all the required facts of the present case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of any such claim and in case, after the decision any relief is to be extended to the petitioner, the same will be extended, otherwise due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order to be passed for not accepting the claim of the petitioner, which reasons will be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondent-CBSE, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation with the respondents.
