Learned counsel for the petitioner would point out that a sum of Rs.45,000/- was transferred to the account of petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.50. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31795 CRL.P No. 9454 of 2025 Therefore, he would contend that this is a fit case, where full fledged trial is warranted. 3. On examination of the records, this Court is not inclined to grant some indulgence. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition.
