The petitioners have preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 29.07.2025 passed by respondent no.1- Appellate Authority/Additional District and Session Judge-III Gautam Buddh Nagar in Misc. Case No.275/2024 (Goel Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Assistant Labour Commissioner and others). 2. By the aforesaid order, the appeal filed by the respondent no.3 against the order dated 29.04.2025 was admitted. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that though the appeal was filed beyond time and statutory deposit was also made after a period of 30 days', the appeal was only admitted. 4. Apart from the same, various other arguments was made by the counsel for the petitioner challenging the validity of the aforesaid order. 5. After the aforesaid arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer and prayed that the respondent no.1 may be directed to decide the aforesaid appeal filed by respondent no.3 expeditiously. 6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without interfering with the order impugned, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.1- Appellate Authority, Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the aforesaid appeal strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
