Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, certain development has taken place in the matter, as has been stated in paragraph nos.4 to 6 of the present interlocutory application. Under the said circumstance, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respective respondents have no objection to the said prayer.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
