Learned HCGP takes notice for respondents No.1 and
2.
Learned Central Government Counsel Sri. B.Pramod, who is present before the Court takes notice for respondent No.3.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 and the learned HCGP raise an objection that the petitioners are seeking to raise a challenge to an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act (for short, 'the Act'), while an efficacious alternative remedy is available for the petitioners to approach the Deputy Commissioner under Section 136(3) of the Act.
3. Upholding the contention of the learned counsel for respondent No.3 and learned HCGP, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to redress their grievance.
