This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings, including summoning order dated 01.05.2024, of Complaint Case No. 477 of 2021 [Computer Registration No.690 of 2023, CNR No.UPMA04 000690 2023] (Maya Devi v. Jayprakash @ Kisan), under Sections 419, 420 of IPC, P.S.- Haldharpur, District- Mau, pending in the court learned Judicial Magistrate, Mau. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and applicant is willing to appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/surrenders before the trial court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of three weeks from today or till the applicant appears/surrenders before the court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid complaint case. 5.
