Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the instant writ petition could be disposed of in term of the order dated 13.06.2025, wherein in paragraph 5, the Court was pleased to observe and dispose of the writ petition in the following terms:- “(5) Since competent authority in Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board is seized of the matter and 2025:UHC:6080-DB 2 Mr. Aditya Pratap Singh assures the Court that decision on petitioners’ representation shall be taken within six weeks, we dispose of these writ petitions by directing the competent authority to take decision in the matter after considering the reply submitted by petitioners within six weeks. For a period of six weeks or till decision is taken, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against petitioners.” 3. The submission of both the counsels is placed on record. 4.
