GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 16.05.2025 [1] Heard Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3. [2] None appears on behalf of respondent no. 4, in spite of proper service of notice by Speed Post on 11.04.2025. [3] By the present writ petition, the petitioner prayed this Court inter-alia for giving directions to the Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West, Manipur for passing necessary instructions to the SDC, Imphal West (C)-I, Manipur to proceed with demarcation case in Misc. Case No. 511/SDC/IW (C)-I dated 07.11.2024, Ref: R. No. 603/SDO/LPL dated 14.10.2024 (Kangabam Radhabino Devi & Ors. -Vs- Smt. Reema Soibam). [4] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of by issuing order to the DC, Imphal West, Manipur, as prayed for, in the representation dated 27.02.2025, submitted by the petitioner to the DC, Imphal West, Manipur. [5] The learned GA for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of as prayed for by the petitioner, by giving intimation to the proforma respondent no. 4.
